Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the conditions of access to and use of the Anelior service (the "Service"), published by Kamteo (SASU, SIRET 106 851 884 00010, registered office 138 Avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris), accessible via anelior.com and app.anelior.com.

Creating an account implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Nature of the service and absence of investment advice

Anelior is a portfolio-tracking platform, for purely educational and informational purposes. It does not manage any funds and does not provide investment advice. Anelior is not a licensed investment adviser, broker, or financial institution. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security. Any investment decision is your sole responsibility.

Market data displayed comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Anelior does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of the data displayed. Past performance does not predict future performance.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any transaction data you enter or import, including data imported from Portfolio Performance or other third-party statements. Anelior cannot be held responsible for financial decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

3. Access to the service and user account

  • Access to the Service requires creating an account (email + password).
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
  • Anelior reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, or prolonged inactivity without an active subscription (see §7, in accordance with the GDPR data minimization principle).
  • The Service may be temporarily closed to new logins as part of a waitlist phase; signup remains possible, but access to the dashboard may be delayed.

4. Subscription and billing

5. Data import and entry

  • You can manually enter your transactions or import them from a Portfolio Performance export (XML format).
  • You alone are responsible for the accuracy of imported or entered data. An entry or import error can distort the figures displayed (cost basis, TTWROR, IRR, valuation): Anelior does not verify the accuracy of your data against your actual bank or brokerage statements.

6. Collaborative suggestions on securities

Anelior lets users submit suggestions about corporate actions on securities (splits, mergers, delistings, spin-offs) affecting reference data shared across every user holding that security. These suggestions are reviewed and validated exclusively by an administrator before any application: no suggestion is ever applied automatically.

7. Account deletion and right to erasure

  • You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy, GDPR section).
  • An account with no active subscription and prolonged inactivity may be deleted automatically, in accordance with the data minimization principle.

9. Support

A support messaging system is available from within the application (floating button). Responses are provided by a human operator or, where applicable, an automated assistant that will direct you to a human operator if it cannot answer your question.

10. Changes to these Terms

Anelior may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
