Terms of Sale
Last updated: August 22, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale apply to any subscription taken out with the Anelior service, published by Kamteo (SASU, SIRET 106 851 884 00010).
2. Plans and pricing
Anelior offers a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually. The prices in effect are those shown on the pricing page at the time of subscription: these Terms of Sale do not fix a set amount, which may change.
3. Free trial
Two trial options are offered, at the user's choice at signup:
- 14-day trial, no card required: no automatic billing at the end of the 14 days; access to the Service is simply suspended if no subscription is taken out.
- 30-day trial, with a saved card: at the end of the 30 days, the subscription is automatically billed to the saved payment method, unless canceled beforehand. A reminder email is sent 3 days and 1 day before this automatic billing.
4. Payment
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Anelior does not store any card data.
- The subscription renews automatically at each billing period (monthly or annual) until canceled.
5. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing management area (Stripe portal, accessible from the application).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period: you keep access to the Service until that date, with no further renewal. No additional billing occurs after a cancellation request.
6. Refunds
No prorated refund is issued upon cancellation during a billing period: the subscription remains accessible until the end of the already-paid period (see §5).
7. Failed payment
In the event of a failed payment at a billing date, access to the Service's features may be restricted until the situation is resolved, without immediate deletion of the account or its data.
8. VAT
Prices shown on the pricing page are exclusive of tax (net of VAT). Applicable VAT depends on the customer's country of residence, in accordance with current European regulations (handled automatically via Stripe Tax), and is added to the displayed amount.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the consumer's agreement.
By subscribing to the trial with a card, you expressly request that performance of the Service begin immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided before the end of the 14-day period.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory legal provision to the contrary (in particular for consumers, who benefit from the protective provisions of their national law).
